Products
may be returned within 14 days of purchase assuming that they
have not been WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED and have ALL tags attached.
We do NOT refund shipping and handling charges.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Pack and securely seal the
products in the original packaging and return by UPS to the address
below. COD shipments will not be accepted. Please send your return

What delivery services do you offer?
We currently offer four shipping options:
1. UPS Ground-delivery within 3-5 business days. $15 cost (For Jackets and Capes)
2. UPS Ground-delivery within 3-5 business days. $6 cost (If ONLY shipping Claims, Pins, or Belts)
3. None-If Products are picked up.
4. Special-Contact Silvermine, Ltd for other options.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation when your
order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation
e-mail will be sent upon delivery which includes the tracking number
for your package.
Which
credit cards does Silvermine, Ltd accept?
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. Your account
will be charged the day the merchandise is shipped.
Does Silvermine, Ltd charge sales tax?
Sales tax of 6% is added only to orders shipped to the
State of Connecticut. Shipments to any other state will not include sales
tax.
